§1.31 Abuse of power is defined as the intentional misuse of authority, position, or permissions for personal gain or to unjustly affect others.

§1.32 Issuing false commands or fabricating authority to override legitimate procedures is prohibited. 

• • Severe – Demotion → Permanent ban

§1.33 Using rank or permissions to harass, intimidate, or silence lower-ranked personnel or peers is strictly forbidden. 

• • Severe – Permanent ban

§1.34 Directing operations or activities outside one’s jurisdiction without proper authorization is a breach of ethical conduct. 

• • Medium – Warning → Demotion → Suspension

§1.34 Excessive use of administrative tools (e.g., forcibly teleporting, kicking, killing) without roleplay context or without cause constitutes abuse. 

• • Severe – Demotion → Permanent ban

§1.34 Concealing or failing to report known abuse from others in positions of power is considered complicity. 

• • Medium – Demotion → Suspension → Permanent ban
