Infraction Type: Medium-Severe
§1.31 Abuse of power is defined as the intentional misuse of authority, position, or permissions for personal gain or to unjustly affect others.
Severe – Permanent ban
§1.32 Issuing false commands or fabricating authority to override legitimate procedures is prohibited.
Severe – Demotion → Permanent ban
§1.33 Using rank or permissions to harass, intimidate, or silence lower-ranked personnel or peers is strictly forbidden.

§1.34 Directing operations or activities outside one’s jurisdiction without proper authorization is a breach of ethical conduct.
Medium – Warning → Demotion → Suspension
§1.34 Excessive use of administrative tools (e.g., forcibly teleporting, kicking, killing) without roleplay context or without cause constitutes abuse.
Severe – Demotion → Permanent ban
§1.34 Concealing or failing to report known abuse from others in positions of power is considered complicity.
