Section §10.21 — Facility Emergency Classifications
All staff are not required to, but highly recommended to, memorize these protocols and respond immediately according to department role, clearance level, and the situation at hand.
Trigger: One or more SCPs have breached containment.
Action:
All non-combative personnel must shelter in place or evacuate as directed.
MTF units respond with non-lethal or lethal recontainment efforts.
Testing is suspended immediately. All active tests must be aborted.
Access to breached zones restricted to authorized security/MTF.
This remains in effect until all anomalies are recontained or neutralized.
Trigger: Full facility compromise, unrecoverable anomaly breach, or world-ending threat (XK-Class).
Action:
Immediate warhead arming and full-site evacuation are authorized.
O5 Command takes direct control.
MTF and Command staff are to initiate endgame containment procedures.
No testing is permitted. Active operations must be terminated.
Site lockdown becomes permanent unless manually lifted by O5 or Key personnel.
Trigger: Unauthorized personnel or external groups enter the facility with hostile intent.
Action:
All security personnel engage on sight; lethal force authorized if confirmed hostile.
Lockdowns will activate in breach sectors.
Staff are to remain in secure areas or under guard.
Testing may continue under escort in secure labs unless unauthorized by Site Command.
All logs and communications must be preserved for security review.
Trigger: Fire, radiation, containment chamber failure, flooding, toxic gas, etc.
Action:
Engineering and Site Logistics units are deployed to mitigate the hazard.
Affected zones are sealed.
Non-essential personnel are evacuated.
All tests in affected zones are suspended, even if unrelated to the hazard.
Facility systems may switch to manual override if automation fails.
Trigger: Loss of power, surveillance, door controls, or communications.
Action:
Technical Staff begin diagnostic and repair efforts immediately.
Manual security patrols replace automated systems.
Testing may continue with caution and Command approval only.
Personnel must maintain close-quarters communication and report unusual events.
Trigger: Widespread psychological disturbance, hallucination reports, or memetic contamination.
Action:
Medical Response Teams are dispatched.
Audio/visual feeds may be terminated or filtered.
Quarantine zones activated.
All tests suspended and affected staff isolated for evaluation.
Mass cognitive screening protocols go into effect.
Trigger: Manual or automatic activation of site’s failsafe warheads.
Action:
Two or more O5 Council must authorize detonation via two-stage approval.
Evacuation priority is issued for high ranking Personnel and research data assets.
All operations cease. Tests are forcibly terminated.
All personnel must proceed to blast shelters or evacuation transport.
Once detonation begins, the facility is considered non-operational.
Trigger: Resolution of any prior emergency situation.
Action:
Site returns to normal operations.
Testing may resume pending final command review.
Post-event debriefs must be held for each department.
Logs archived by Site Admin and Security Oversight Division.
